Our Ladies-Only Footbike Fitness Ride is a small-group, beginner-friendly outdoor workout designed especially for women who want something different, comfortable, and confidence-building.
This is not a race. It’s not a bootcamp.
It’s a relaxed, supportive session where you can move, breathe, and enjoy being outdoors.
What is footbiking?
Footbiking uses a big wheels cooter designed for adults. You stand upright, push with one leg, glide, then switch sides.
Many women find footbiking:

It’s simple to learn, low-impact on joints, and still delivers a great cardio and leg workout.

This session is designed to feel comfortable and supportive — especially if you’re new to fitness, returning after a break, or don’t feel confident on bikes.
