RETURN POLICY
Footbikes WA refund policy is in addition to customers' rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
The customer may return the goods within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, unless the goods are listed as non-returnable on this website. Shipping costs back to our address are paid by the customer.
The item must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition, with original packaging, and the original price and information tag(s) still attached.
How to return something purchased online?
1. Contact us at info@footbikes.com.au
2. Provide all necessary details, if known
a. the order number
b. the item you want to return/exchange
c. the description of the issue with the item you want to return/exchange
d. whether you prefer a refund or an exchange
e. the return address
f. your bank details for the refund
3. We will be in touch with you no longer than 2 business days to help you with your issue.
4. Send the item back to our address. Footbikes WA does not cover the costs of sending goods back to our store.
REFUND
1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
2. If the product is approved for a refund/exchange, we will make the refund within 5 working days to your bank account, or we will send the return item back within 2 days.
3. The refund does not include any applicable initial shipping and other handling charges.
4. Footbikes WA is not responsible for products lost during the return shipping.
How to return a product In-store
1. Contact us at info@footbikes.com.au.
2. We will contact you within 3 business days at the latest and arrange a meeting in our showroom. Returns done in-store are processed immediately.
