SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Shipping within Australia will vary depending on the product ordered. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on a Customer’s location and the cart content.

 

  • If the delivery is made to a remote area and the actual shipping costs are higher than the standard fee charged by Footbikes WA & Manmat, Footbikes WA & Manmat is entitled to demand reimbursement of additional transport costs from the customer.
  • When sending a footbike, the customer can choose between delivery to a residential or business address. A business address is considered an address that is not located in a residential building and has regular opening hours. Businesses operating in residential buildings are not considered a business address and it is necessary to choose delivery to a residential address.

 

  • Footbikes WA & Manmat use standard Australia Post flat-rate satchels to send accessories. If the accessories' dimensions exceed the standard dimensions of these satchels, Footbikes WA & Manmat is entitled to demand reimbursement of additional transport costs from the customer.
  • Footbikes WA  & Manmat ships the order no later than 3 business days after receiving payment. In the case of Express orders, no later than the next day after payment.
  • Customer should receive the order within 7-12 working days of shipping. Footbikes WA & Manmat  will send a tracking number to the Customer when the order is shipped. If the order has not arrived within the allotted time, contact Footbikes WA & Manmat with order details.
